What We Do

GOCHA has been serving the community for over 50 years. Originally created to combat the city over the mismanagement of the Scholl Canyon Landfill, GOCHA has evolved to be an advocate of the way of life in this unique neighborhood.

We are all so lucky to live in this beautiful canyon and GOCHA wants to ensure that we continue to enjoy everything our canyon has to offer. From hosting events such as the annual Pancake Breakfast and Dog Parade, to creating one of the best community disaster preparedness programs in the country, to fighting the city about the Scholl Canyon landfill.
